Refund policy

Dissatisfaction:
Due to the nature of the pieces I sell I do not generally accept returns.  If you need more information before deciding to purchase one of my pieces I would be happy to provide additional details and photography. 

Damages:
In the unlikely event a piece arrives damaged please contact me immediately with images of said damage.  Depending on the severity I will:

1.  Pay to have the piece return shipped for repairs
2.  Remake the piece entirely
3.  Provide another on-hand piece of the same design or similar value (if preferred)

If damage occurs after arrival I am happy to discuss repairs or replacements at reduced costs or materials costs depending on the cause and severity of the damage.
